To become the most efficient and reliable producer of Compressed Biogas (CBG) in the Indian sub-continent, setting the national benchmark for operational stability, supply chain integration, and measurable positive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact.
Production: 20 Tons of Clean Bio-CNG Daily
1. Anaerobic Digestion: The Core Process
Continuous Stirred Tank Reactors (CSTR): We utilize robust (CSTRs), the proven industry standard for wet anaerobic digestion. These large-volume, continuously mixed reactors ensure optimal conversion of our blended feedstock.
Thermophilic Operation: The digestion process is maintained at approximately +52∘C. This thermophilic environment accelerates microbial activity, efficiently breaking down organic matter and producing raw biogas.
2. Biogas Purification & Upgrading
The raw biogas is transformed into market-ready CBG through essential purification steps:
1. Desulphurization: A multi-stage system removes corrosive Hydrogen
Sulfide (H2S), crucial for equipment longevity and fuel quality.
2. Biomethane Upgrading: Our dedicated plant removes Carbon Dioxide and other impurities, refining the raw biogas into ∼99% pure methane.
3. Compression: The high-purity biomethane is then compressed to over 250 bar and stored, ready for distribution as CBG.
Processing 480 Tons of Agricultural Waste Daily
Our facility efficiently processes 480 Tonnes Per Day (TPD) of blended agricultural waste, the core of our 20 TPD CBG production.
Optimized Feedstock Management
Our system is stabilized by an 800+ acre contract farming network in Bihar, ensuring continuous supply:
Napier Grass (60%): Provides consistent bulk and carbon, stored as silage.
Paddy Straw (30%): High-energy component, undergoing mandatory pre-treatment for maximum yield, addressing local crop burning.
Bovine Dung (10%): Critical microbial stabilizer, balancing the digestion process.
Automated PreparationAll 480 tons are managed via automated systems:
1. Screening & Chopping: Waste is cleaned and sized to optimize microbial access.
2. Proprietary Co-Digestion Slurry: Components are mixed in our precise 60:30:10 ratio to form a homogeneous, stable input for our reactors.
This rigorous preparation system is key to mitigating the 70% industry failure rate, transforming waste into a reliable energy resource.
This integrated process ensures the reliable production of 20 TPD of clean, quality-assured Bio-CNG, directly supporting India's sustainable energy goals.
